At Bedora Comforts, we strive to provide high-quality bedding products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• The item must be in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, used bedding products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where:

• The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced

• A replacement is not possible

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product), we will cover the shipping cost

• For other reasons, customers may be responsible for return shipping
